which Theme Variations is this. I really like this. Very clean and bright.

I can tell you. Is from a ballet (musette) from Gluck's opera Armide. It's such a shame that these variations are well known but the original piece and his composer are not. You can see the full opera here in youtube, but it doesn't have any subtitles... You can hear the piece in the part 10.
