Well not really venom cz I've been training 4 days a week since march so in your calculations I would of lost around 8-10 stone lol. But trust me these are amazing even just as a pre workout as a lot of people are privately messaging me keeping me up to date with there progress etc. But to be honest supplements are available to "supplement" ur diet. If your eating bullshit this ain't gna work just an extra boost!

If you went to the gym 4 times a week for a month,you would lose atleast half a stone anyways.so seems like your gym work alone got you to lose the weight rather than a glorified pro plus tablet?lmao.

Well the fact is when I did stop using grenades, I didn't gain a SINGLE pound, considering I've been training since march and I've lost 4 and a half stone!

good diet (no shit) mixed with cardio, is the way forward, when this guy takes a break off these pills, the fat will pile on again.
