See the dark rings around their eyes? That's not normal pigmentation. Naturally when you stop eating sugar and highly processed food your health will improve. I don't know of any recommended way of eating that doesn't shun these things. For a million years we ate mostly meat. For the last 10,000 years with the advent of agriculture, a dust speck in the history of humankind, we dramatically increased our intake of grains and vegetation. That's when diseases of civilization began to appear.
True, except vise versa. Biology shows that meat eating is something hominids engaged in for the last 10,000 years and has increased up until our present time. Early Ancestors like Austrolipethicus Africanas had lard jaws for eating roots and nuts and vegetation with flat teeth (canine teeth are adaptations to eat meat). Human's also have large digestive tracts which is suited for eating vegetables - not meat. The biggest health defest in the last 10,000 years is processed food, though.
This is good news, I hope this kind of research is used by other major corporations to set the standards of achievable health up there. At least the savings in monetary terms can't be ignored by them. The saving from human, animal suffering and the boost to the quality of the environment are enormous.
Thanks! I'm going to use this and your consequences video for an upcoming health lecture on dairy, God willing.

This was a low-fat VEGAN diet. Why not say so? The title and info text says vegetarian, a diet which normally includes cow milk and eggs.
