One of the most beautiful songs I almost didn't get to hear. My cousin had recorded it from his video. Later when I was shown the Video, I saw why it wasn't seen/heard by the mass's who would of bought it. I know Love is Love and all that, but I think if it could be re released with a video that could be enjoyed by a much larger audience it would be a smash hit if they even say that anymore. Matt Has a beautiful heart wrenching voice that tug's at you long after hearing it I play it still a lot!
This is quite simply one of the best songs I've ever heard. It has an original yet immediately memorable melody, backed by carefully chosen, perfectly complimentary chords that keep you guessing just enough -- which keeps the listener right on track with the extended "Roller Coaster" metaphor Alber masterfully paints with his lyrics. Anyone who doesn't relate to this song and FEEL something when they hear Alber sing it, hasn't REALLY been living and likely has no pulse.
