  • now i need to read more on it but the reason accodring to this is not the right reason in my mind if he is going to hit people the coach needs to show how to control it better and it take time now as for hitting players its part of the game if it gets to much the umpire can have him removed from the mound cause he to wild. and he can eject him as well

  • i would drill a 47 mph fastball at 10 yrs old

  • when i was 9 i threw over 40 mph and im still playin now i am 11 and i hit 60 mph

  • He's got a tiny leg kick

  • This is CBS BS!! Kid wasn't banned for being too good! He sucks! He was beaning kids and his mom was a trouble maker. None of the AAA coaches would draft him cuz of his rep... Local board handles this poorly though.

  • @RDoctorD Yea I recently read a article called the ballad of Jericho Scott & told the truth he is not that good not even a top pitcher on the team he is on. came in for relief a few times & got hammered. They did say he is a good defensive second baseman. First game he pitched (relieve they were up 20-0) His final line is one inning, three hits, two runs, one strikeout, but, thanks to the 10-run rule, the game's over.next time he pitched down 14-7 2 on gives up single walk & double game over.

  • kids got good form

  • After doing some research on this I believe the problem was more with his mother so they used it as a excuse. Seems she was a constant problem at the games & always a confrontation making scenes..... to bad the kid has to sufer because his mother is a total fat @55 bitch

  • nice delivery for his age but 47 mph is nothing for a 10 yr old. my nehpew was throwing in the low 60's when he was 9 now is just turned 10 plays on a travel team in florida with older kids. I say if they want you to play with kids older then do it the parents should let him he will be better in long run because of competition. both parents & league are douche bags for this kid.

  • I have seen kids that are nine to ten years old throw in the fifty's , I will say this, the kid has decent mechanics. The boy either needs to play up or on a travel team.

  • This kid is bad. He can go far and he will. Good luck little man

  • "The wind turned it off"

  • Maybe the kids in the league need to step their game up.

  • @WolfeNews No way... On my travel team I don't remember which one lol...

My coach and team called me bullseye because I was hit like every game...

  • its bs... y would they ban a kid for "throwing too hard" he only throws like 40, when i was 8 i threw 48 mph tops... im 12 now and i throw 72... was i banned? no. thers like so man kids out there who can throw harder then that, i dont think its because he throws to hard its probably cause the league has a prblem with something about the kid.

  • ? He's too good to play, well then we should also ban kids that can't play well because it might hurt their feelings when they don't catch the ball or whatever

  • This is very sad the kid just wants to play. I feel your pain my son hits the ball over 300ft and his team was winning 13-2 and he still was intentionally walked. Are old assistant coach(fired) wanted to bench my son saying his hitting was unfair. My son also plays like Scott Roland at third.

  • when i was 10 people pitched 66

  • the only reason he was banned was because it was a christian league and it was just for fun

  • @blaneman2200

That is probably true. C.B.S. was fooled. Great Parenting too!

  • i'm 3 and can throw 70, so ha

  • i hit high 40's low 50's wen i was 9

i been training my dad's friends kid since he was 4 and he throwin 52 and he 8

  • I was better than him and I got to play he has a point god does give people gifts but I do think he will get bether he has the right attitude

  • when i was 9 i threw 58 61 mph

  • this is GARBAGE lololol, this is just pathetic. people these days are dumb-asses. i am 11 and i throw 65........ this kid is like 10 and he has somewhat good accuracy, let the kid play. its not like your son/daughter is going to die if they get hit by a 40 mph fastball, tahts the risk you take from signing your kid up to ANY sport let alone baseball. just wow

  • he's ten years old!

  • My kid is 8 and he can through that hard but i think the real point is why the hell is this league so afraid of him what a bunch of chickens they aren't teaching these kids anything.

  • wtf, dude the hitters probably are the worst! 40 aint nothing, on average we got 55 mile an hour lil kids in the west side. lol. my lil brother show you a line drive outside.

  • @santoak47 right, and tht only looked like 30 something tht wasnt 47

  • really dude,I could pitch 58 when i was that old

  • thats kind of far away 2 pitch from ten

  • i can through 51 and iam 9 and my coaches dont pitch me one game i struck out 18 kids

  • iam 9 and ive been gunned at 51 mph

  • stupid!!!! i know 10 year old kids that pitch in the 50's and are completely accurate!!!!!

did they ban any of the japanese little league team that plays in the little league world series

  • dang 47 at 10 thats pretty good id like to throw that fast when i was 10

  • wow y would u even think about banning a kid with a 40 mph fastball. i am 10 and i can throw 54 mph right down the plate so this is guy is nothing special.

  • this is so annoying...

shut your little 10 year old ass up.

first off you cant throw that fast.

and second off quit being so conceded.

you probably play right field and your really a 15 years old who sits the bench every gme

  • My kid is 8 years old and struck out an entire lineup last Thursday. Then his arm began to hurt. Took him to the DR. - said no baseball for 1 week. We got beat hard our next game. There are rules for how much a kid at this age can pitch - sometimes coaches want to win too much. He pitched in 14-16 games. My kid can play RF or be benched for all I care. His health is too important too me. "Banned boy's" mom should be concerned or he'll wind up unable to throw a wiffle ball in HS.

  • 40 mph at ten is not that out of the ordinary, especially in the more competitive leagues and all star teams. If my child were in the same situation and we (the parents) felt that he/she really had talent, we'd put them in the best league possible to showcase their ability against better players. Playing in a league that bans a kid for throwing in the 40s doesn't say much about the talent pool and it limits the child's exposure to real competition. Good luck kid.

  • This is BS 47mph IS not fast at all at 10!!! My son pitched 59mph when he was 10 and now he is 11 and pitches 64mph... What a joke!!! He was banned for something else trust me ... I have been around baseball for 30 some years and even have a travel team that is the state champions at 10 and under ... I would bet all the players on the team could throw 50 or harder ...This is a joke trust me i should know,,

  • im 10 and i can almost throw a 56

  • they r completly overhypin this kid hes completely average there's nothing special i dnt get it

  • hes average like wtf y is this even hppng 40mph at 10yrs old is average like wtf

  • i know,he 10 and piches whta is it 40mph thats avarge if your kid doesant get banned you should be pretty fucken mad

  • the other kids are pussies
