  • @idontknow8102 well dude i do this 2 times in a day,first i do it 2 hours after my breakfast,i have my lunch 2 hours after my first working out,2 hours after the lunch i do it second time,2 hours after the second workout i have my dinner.

  • @PassYouShall You should do this 1 time every second day, your abs need recovery. Remember its only muscle tissue, it doesnt work if you do it that often.

  • if your neck hurts that means you're using your neck to pull you up, and not your abs. If your abs are "burning" then you're using them and not your neck, so now you're doing the exercises correctly.

  • @PassYouShall It's not supposed to hurt; if it hurts that means you are doing the exercise wrong. The only place you should feel pain is in your abs/obliques/core.

    It does work, just do it every other day: (Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday, etc. IF you do it every other day once, you'll see results in 2 months, and then after 2 months of doing this, go on to lvl 2.

    You do this video for 2 months and then after you get a six pack, to mantain it you do the lvl 2 by the same guy. Same instuructions, different exersises. Just go to his channel and then look for lvl 2.

  • What do you recommend: taking longer than 30s breaks to rest so that I can do all the 30 repeats or respect the 30s timer and do as much as I can of the exercises?

    I know the answer may be a no brainer but still. I'm actually curious if I can do other exercises during/instead the recovery period.

  • If your neck is hurting, you're not doing it right. Btw, to get a six pack you have to do this workout every day once for a month and you will probably get a six pack, and then go onto lvl 2. :)

  • @GringoleboZebulon Look. Just eat healthy food, with protein and vitamin food. Do this exercise every other day. Example:monday,wednesday, friday.Your muscles need repair.And most important, don't look in mirror, never.After 1-2 months go on level 2

  • @MrSullivanDrake first of all you must remember all the exersices so you dont like at your computer , you go with th rythm .Dont put pressure on your neck just on your abs , let your head free ! It should be ok .Also if you feel any pain on your neck then you should stop for another 30 sec before you start the next exercise.

  • thumbs up if you have kind of six pack abs but not chest muscle and the combination doesn't look so great

  • Ok, to everyone who is confuse just do this: do the first workout for 1 minute, the next workout for one minute and then tak a 1 minute break after 2 exersizes and then do the same thing for the others: one exersize for one minute, the next one for another minute then take a 1 minute break. Do this exersize three times a week and eat healthy. Eating healthy means not that much processed foods, and only 2 treats every 7 days. Thats it. No additional workouts. Just this workout and eat healthy. :)

    The six pack will only show if you are at a good weight for your height. To burn off the fat on your stomach you need to do other areobic exersizes. To see if you are at a healthy weight just search for a weight list for all heights and weigh yourself on a weight scale. Please dont ho ask other hesitate to ask me other questions and that is not sarcasm. :)
