Hey, I'm not sure but I think it is either from the mini series Pokemon Chronicles or one of the newer episodes when Misty visits Ash. I think it is the latter. I stopped watching after Misty left so I have not seen any episodes since season 5, Master Quest... That is one of the very few pictures that I don't recognize:) Sorry!
