Hate to say this (because I LOVE Carrie Fisher & Star Wars) BUT the statue is glorified beyond Carrie's actual physical attributes. Now Ms. Fisher has lways been very attractive (even now) but she does not have that particular body type that the statue displays. The statue has massive "boobs" and a JLo type rear-end. Gentle Giant basicly just sculpted an over the top figure and planted a Carrie-like likeness head on it.

WoW - im getting this statue - i got the 1/4 scale PF slave Leia from SideShow and was disappointed because of the head-sculpt looks weird - shame coz the rest of the statue is amazing bu the face just ruins it - but this is amazing - nice review

Yeah I'm not sure about that I checked out the video and the one she has has a different base than mine so it could have been like the prototype or something I remember that there was a 360 view somewhere on the prototype and you could see her butt, Also on her's the head is turned on mine everything is stuck in place.

Haha, yeah I know what you mean. Especially with some characters where it seems out of character for them. I saw one drawing of Shaak Ti looking like she was ready to go nuts with whoever got within her range and it just seemed weird to me. Now if only we could get a 1/6 Leia this good, and without tons of articulated joints showing.
