I'm black and I myself find it weird that I tried not once but TWICE to get dreads. My hair is too straight. I dont have a perm or anything. I really want dreads so I wont have to worry about combing. A girl at the shop said my hair was too long for dreads and by it being so straight, I cant get them. Is this true? Please reply...

mmm... maybe im too picky but I dislike at the locks ends/bottom or whatever you call it. If the loc styler kept each rolled braids like 6 instead of 2, i will like it. but I gotta say that I love the rolled braids on his head. It is on point.
