Maybe this would have helped his image from all of the dumb, hurtful things that were going on his life. He also may have been embarking on a new career as well as his things. He never did this before. He wanted to show the world that he could produce too. That seemed different for MJ.

Hey, be fair. New stars can collaborate with and / or cover established acts.

I'm a huuuuuge MJ fan, and I don't see why Nisha can't cover / remix his songs. He covered other people's songs when he started out (I'm thinking of Bill Withers, Smokey Robinson, etc).

Nisha also had his blessings - she lived at Neverland for a short while, and he adored her voice. So there!  Let her be, she has my best wishes. Let's support young acts the way Michael did...

You've got a point here... but I guess it's a matter of personal taste again. I never liked remixes that much and it goes for MJ songs too (not just Nisha but other artists doing new versions of his songs) As for MJ covering other people's songs when he was young, well.. I wasn't there to know & love them the way I do with MJ so I think it doesn't have the same effect on me. And I discovered their songs thanks to him.

Anyway, it won't stop me from supporting Nisha's personal work if I'm in it.
