Fine, I'll do you that favor and read it again but I WAS thinking (despite your opinion of me) and although you may not have meant it in exactly that way, is it really too hard to see why I responded the way I did? =/
I was replying to where you said "There's really no need to make this stage. The Project:M version of the Brawl battlefield just combines the best of both worlds."
My point, you sounded like you were discouraging his efforts. It's my point of view, not a misread.
I've just looked at all of the youtube videos of the custom stages you've created, I gotta admit, my minds been blown... Just freakin wow.
Hey, you've important things from gamecube and n64, would it be possible if you were to make stages based on games from the PS1? If so, it'd be pretty awesome if you made a stage based on Ryu and Foulu's battle from breath of fire 4.
There's really no need to make this stage. The Project:M version of the Brawl battlefield just combines the best of both worlds. Besides, this stage puts players underneath it too easily.
You know characters like MANondorf and Falcon suffer on this stage while pikachus have a riot. Some matchups have definitive advantages here simply because of recovery.
Since when was Brawl Hacking about NOT doing something cool simply because someone else made a better one? Last time I checked, Brawl hacking was all about freedom of choice in what you put into your hacked game and you can't make a choice if people don't make stuff for you to choose between. ;) The stage doesn't NEED to be made but I'm sure all the people who prefer this over the other ones are glad this was made and that's justification enough for it to exist.
Do me a favor. Read my comment again. Now think. Herpty Derpty reply mate. Simply stating better alternatives exist in no way warrants a discussion on the purpose of hacking. In fact, I happen to agree with you. I wasn't stating the stage was bad or anything along those lines. I actually have this over brinstar.
Brawl is preety awesome compared to melee. The one thing i dont like in melee is that the people are big compared to the stage themsevles. If play as sheik & ness on Onett in both games, ull see the difference. Still, melee is pretty leet...
One thing I don't understand is why everybody wants to make Brawl look like Melee. I've played all the Smash Bros. games, but was Melee really that much more superior to Brawl?
@MurakuTheWolf Well, it contains the most tricks and skills. It is considered the best Super Smash Bros. game by a lot of people. So, that could be a reason.
Lol. Lots of people started gaming with the gamecube. The nostalgia is undeniable. Another good reason is the challenge of it. And my personal favorite: Fawkin Project M!
@MurakuTheWolf I actually agree with you. I feel both have their own unique charms to them and I really wouldn't want melees gameplay in my brawl, I'd play melee for that. Stages on the other hand I don't mind having back, character models I don't care so much about since I have all of the main characters replaced with others anyway.
Can you make Final Smashville? Its Smashville with final destination's backround

This Animation Backround of this stage is different than Original Melee Battlefield.

@Volt790 That's simply not true. Brawl enlarged the characters relative to the stage compared to Melee. Characters are smaller in Melee.

@MurakuTheWolf you have no idea how great melee was compared to this.

@SoulReaperHikuru I do still own my copy of melee. I guess I just can't see the problems with Brawl that a lot of people do.
