  • I bathe my Persians the same way. I have an 8 year old who gets dried the same way and he responds well. You have to start when they are kittens. Persians are usually use to grooming because their coats require this type of care.

  • AHHHHHHHHH.THE CAT LADY FROM THE SIMPSONS........

  • zomg that kitty is so cute!

  • Oh my gosh! Poor kitten :'( Like Frausesemil said, it looks paralyzed! D:

  • my cat's the size of your torso, how do you dry an angry 20 lb. cat without losing the skin on your arms?

  • Poor kittie, it looks paralyzed. Or sedated.

And what a poor painbread, look at its nose.

Why the f*** do people bath cats? Normally there is no use for that, it's abuse.

    Three times animal abuse!

  • @Fraususemil Wow... I seriously cannot believe you went there. Cats lick themselves, that's it. They take excess hair that falls and basically spit it back out (hair balls). My cat right had dry skin, so I bathe her with a specific shampoo that helps her, I've noticed that she doesn't scratch herself as much and she doesn't have any 'dandruff' around her fur. After bathing, I groom, which means less hair to spit out. Explain to me how making their lives HEALTHIER is abuse...

  • @dadsgirl99pr Cats have extremely delicate ears. That machine's sound is definitely NOT healthy for your cat's ears and nerves. As a matter of fact there is nothing more to say.

I have three cats and they never spit hair balls. It is a matter of nutrition.

I doubt that your cat spitting hairballs is a matter of cat's health - isn't it disgusting having barf on the carpet? THAT is why you abuse your cat.

HEALTH is a term which obviously makes you and me live in two different universes.

  • @Fraususemil My cats doesn't spit out balls, I groom them frequently, so she doesn't spit out. I was talking about general terms. Usually people who don't bathe their cats, have dirty cats, because the tongue can only go so far. I have two cats, and I don't dry them like that. You didn't say it was abusive to use that machine, you said it was abuse to BATHE them. Which ISN'T. And btw if the SOUND is the abusive, how is BATHING them abusive? Not all people dry them like that, I surely don't.

  • poor kitten :(

  • ahahha it looks miserable

  • yo old lady thats crul stop idiot your gona give it an ear infection

  • on 2:34 the cat just looks in the camera and says: kiiiiiillllll meeeeeee...!

  • omg he looks like hes flying!! hes so cute!!

  • haha i thought it said after birth hes so cute ahh he looks like a rat to but still so so cute!!!

  • I just cant understand how that cat survived that? hahaha

  • @roxy8246 I just can't understand how that woman survived that, hahahaaa.

My tigers would totally freak out, and they'd be right.

  • you are soooo good !!! i just love the way w treat ur cats :)

  • That poor cat - It gets Blow dried, towel dried and vacuum dried LMAO.

  • My cat must be strange--she cleans herself.

  • ! u dont hold a cat like tht!!!!! omg poor kitty!!!!! thye all look dead with the way ur holding them!

  • poor thing :(

  • she is sick. poor kitty!

  • Anyone else want to punch this witch in the face and grab that kitty from her?

I towel dry kitty and let her run around the room and finally decide she wants to dry out in my warm lap.

  • Well then your obviously not a groomer? If you allow a cat to air dry their skin can suffer from it, they can catch pneumonia because they are not meant to be left wet, and the blow dryer releases a lot of the dead coat which towel drying does not because the dead coat will just dry to the live coat, and then you've just bathed your cat for nothing.

  • hahaha. funny kitty.

  • i can see by the way you handle the cat that you care and wouldnt do anything that would hurt it.great vid. thank you for posting this video.you were calm and assertive.very nice.i wish more people had your touch with animals

  • animal abuse!!

  • kind of...

but persian cats need daily grooming and you must start when they're kitten if you don't want them to suffer when they're older. don't get me wrong, I LOVE CATS

but the cruelest thing was creating this "vanity breed" and still breeding it---not to mention all breathing problems some persians have due their minuscule nose.

  • nO NO NO NO NO, I HATE GROOMING CATS, ITS NOT RIGHT!! and look at his/her little face!! and he/she is a little ktten!! :(

  • Starting at a young age they get used to it, if you don't start young sometimes you have to have them sedated to groom them in the future, its part of owning a long haired cat. while the kitten may not "need" a bath getting them used to the sounds and the feeling of bathing is key.

  • ha! crazy cat lady!!!

  • this lady's crazy, have you seen her other vids aswell?

  • should make a quiter one so the poor cat doesent go def i almost did watch this video

  • Talk about animal abuse

  • omg so adorable cat

  • That cat 's well freaky looking

  • @RacheyBabes Not half as much as the ghoulish "expert" vacuuming the poor thing.

  • look a cat just add air

  • No, that kitten is not afraid. This woman is very good with cats.

Many adult cats need grooming like this, especially in the spring and fall when they go through a big shedding. You get them used to the noise by being very gentle and slow, and explaining and showing everything before you use it.

  • please tell me the name of that dryer.

  • thank you for sharing this video. I bathe my persian weekly. I use a hair dryer. You are right about the 15 mins. chloe stands about 15 mins of drying and then she wants off the table!!

  • every video she does is with a kitten i reckon she eats the adult cats

  • is that really a cat?....

  • Try that with a fully-grown cat.

  • yes cagsforme is right i have two catsand they never cleans themselves so cagsforme is right. but still it isn't considered torture unless its a commitment in my opinion and recently not all cats hate water. some arent scared of it at all

  • Cats spend 3,5 hours a day cleaning themselves and bathing them should only be done when they have either been in contact with poison or have a skin desease. Otherwise it's simple torture.

  • Some of the extreme flat faces can't groom themselves very good.I have 2 cats, one never needs bathing but the extreme will not clean himself at all.

  • That kitty was the size of a hamster XD

  • He looks like a wet furry Yoda LOL XD

  • yes, exactly!

  • this is hilarious... but still very informative, thanks. x
