during english class today, we were having a class discussion, and some boy brought up the fact that we can't really know emotion unless we have something to compare it to. for example, you can't know that you're happy unless you've felt sad or angry, and that if you don't have something to compare it to then you won't really know how to react to it. this song was all i could think about. :)
