yes. an arm bar is a leverlike move used to destroy or threaten to destroy an opponent's arm... a bar arm is when you have the arm trapped behind the back.... a chicken/santora wing is what's being shown....but people get those names mixed up all the time and just call it whatever they like and hope people get what they are talking about... including me
