AWESOME!!! I'm happy your feeling well and that you're satisfied with the results of your fast at every level. YOU'RE DOING GREAT!!! You seem to have worked out your growing up issues very well. YOU WERE AND ARE BEAUTIFUL!!! You have become stronger without loosing touch with your sensitive side, also compassionate and understanding of your needs as well as others. YOU'RE THE BEST!!! May your BLESSINGS continue to MULTIPLY and your POSITIVE energy be contagious. Love, Peace
@luis04191 I feel so honoured to be your friend and connected with you Luis!
I have not worked out all isues so far but I will get there... :) it may take my whole life but its worth it! I am actually not sad about anything i have been through because it made me to the person i am ;)
I seemed to have a daily elimination on the juice fast. I did a few enemas when I felt bad. I was always wondering how much was the juice pulp, but there was WAY TO MUCH coming out that I knew it was old toxic waste. Yuck. Its so good to get this out of your system. You are doing great!
@myroadhome yes! I also thing is old toxic waste..i actually drank warm water with ginger, cloves, cinnamon and black pepper and it flushed my whole system..you can not imagine ..XD
It was great actually ..like an enema.. just the opposite way.. i felt it running trough me from the top to the bottom....hehe
you look beautiful! I am so proud of you. You are a hotty hotty in that outfit. SO CUTE! Your energy is clearly lighter. So how long for the water fast for you? I will start my WF this weekend.
@myroadhome Thank you my Angel :D yes i fell amazing and also lighter..i released some stuff and i feel so clear headed.. i did like 1,5 days on water and it freed a lot but i decided to break it to also enjoy a fresh orange juice in the cafe with Jacob XD Sounds great with your water fast! Good luck and post vids if you can! I will do my next one next weekend..hehe
@myroadhome, good point. I have noticed that when I lose fat that I should not be carrying, I feel lighter mentally & spiritually as well as physically. I feel more light hearted and free in general.
i'm trying to figure out your accent, it's very beautiful. northern europe? whatever man said about your body in the past, you got it going on right now :) that dress is stunning. cleanse, cleanse, cleanse. peace and light.
Let me start by saying I'm not a fan of cheese or other dairy products but what does concern me is how a lot of people in the "raw food" community will blame dairy for congestion and label dairy as bad because of the congestion. Yet if the raw food community gets congested while on juice, they say it's a good thing.
For me, this is not logical thinking. I'm not speaking to you elfe, but my thoughts on the community in general. I think many times the raw food community is closed minded.
@thesetwofeet The runny nose thing is something I've noticed too, all these juice faster's talk about it all the time. When I gave up red meat, dairy and anything with gluten and yeast in it my sinus problems went away. Detoxing hasn't caused this problem for me, and if it did it couldn't possibly be worse than what I use to suffer. I'm lactose intolerant, but the newer lactose free products work fine for me. But I have given them up too for now. elfe1982, you look great!
@Midas1296, this is what I think it important, logical discussions and trying to reason things out. I would agree that dairy can cause congestion, but I think we should look deeper - why? Is it how it's processed or would it hold true with raw milk straight from a grass fed goat? Is all congestion bad? I've dealt with sinus problems most of my life since a fight that severely broke my nose resulting in surgery for a deviated septum just so I could breath out of my nose.
@Midas1296, Only once during my life have I been relieved of most of that sinus problem and I was on a very strict diet that did include lean red meat as well as chicken. What I cut out was almost all sugars and starches. I've noticed that sugars seem to cause me sinus problems. During one detox my nose ran constant but it was clear and almost as thin as water so I felt like it was a healthy experienced. I did cut out dairy completely as well as gluten and yeast during that time also.
@Midas1296, keep in mind that lactose is a sugar which goes hand and hand with my theory that sugars cause congestion. The absolute healthiest I have ever been was when I cut out heavy sugars and heavy starches which turn to sugar.
Basically all I ate was lean meats, lots of greens and other vegetables and very sugary fruits. I ate lemons or limes daily, but no oranges and maybe 2 apples a week. Grapes were acceptable. I was virtually sinus free for the first time in my adult life.
@thesetwofeet, whoops (correction). I mean to say I cut out all very sugary fruits. I think sugary fruits are good when you are very active and need energy, but fruits are food, not truly healers. Sure if you're eating fruit compared to the standard American diet, you're going to get better, but it's because your body is able to heal finally, not because the fruit is healing you (my opinion). Leaves are for healing - herbs, teas, etc. That's my personal opinion.
@thesetwofeet I mentioned red meat, but don't think it was part of the problem with congestion. Giving up red meat did help my skin though and help my digestion. My body does very well on chicken, turkey and fish. I will definitely add them back to my diet soon. I'm trying to drop as much weight as I can in preperation for left knee replacement in a couple of months, that's my main reason for going raw for now.
@Midas1296, my family has a high rate of heart disease, so I'm not the biggest fan of red meat myself. I have cut red meat out of my diet for years at a time. Now I'm trying to decide if I have been too hard on red meat - example being is lean steak okay? I know hamburger meat is terrible for us but that has the fat of the animal that we are not supposed to eat. I've never witnessed negative effects from a lean steak. You can't overeat though, small portions and once a week.
@Midas1296, knee replacement. You are smart to eat well going into that surgery. I did the same before my hernia surgery. I think it makes a big difference in the recovery time and reducing chances of infection. May I recommend bananas every day. They are alkalizing from the potassium and are high in iron and stimulate the production of hemoglobin. Before my surgery they checked my iron levels and were blown away at how high they were. They said my blood was good and they rarely see that.
@thesetwofeet Funny you should say banabas, I've been eating mostly that. I've been dinking banana and pineapple smoothies with a scoop of strawberry protien. I just got back from the produce market where I loaded up on more bananas.
@Midas1296, I find that most of us interested in this community tend to already know what others try to share with us but I still try to share information just in case. I'm always listening to other people and considering their ideas.
I used to live off protein powders, but I started having some kidney problems and skin problems so I stopped them. My blood tests showed my body was out of balance. I'm not sure it was the protein because my powders had other stuff in them than just protein.
@thesetwofeet I know you do listen and concider other opinions :) All of us share our own individual experience ;)
Thats why we all need to be patient and flexible with each other even if we dont agree or if we do not make the same experiences than others..some her are not so flexible and some are.. you find that also with meat eaters i guess.. live and let live x
I try vegetarian, vegan, water fasting, dry fasting, juice feasting, fruitarian, watermelon feasting. I have seen benefit in everything except fasting and the only benefit I felt from that was a little more self-control.
I think the only way we can find what is truly the most healthy for ourselves is to honestly try different things. If we make a decision out of a whim and then commit our lives to that, to me that's foolish and closed minded.
Yes some of us are closed minded.. but some of us are also very flexible...like me.. i also tried a lot so far and still discovering new ways to improve my life.. hehe
If i would find one day that fish is needed in my diet i would concider it.. its all about feeling what its best for one self..that is very individual ;9
But some can not do this.. somethimes its also a personality question..patients patients patients .. ;)
Blessings Dear i am happy you share with us really :)
