You must have had a glitched version, because I tried the same strategy and I distinctly remember the beams firing towards the center.

If you had the beams firing towards the center then it must be you with the glitched version. I have seen videos of and played multiple versions of this game and never has this trick not worked.

Of course jumping right before the Mouser shoots its lasers might make the lasers cross, but I haven't tried that out.

This Boss is easier if you press the start button when it's mouth is open.

This boss is cake,GETTING to him is the real challenge.

the mouser boss on tmnt 1 was a complete joke if you had donatello, but if he was taken out, it was a challenge to beat it
