And people it is working, my co-worker uses it and her hair almost touches her ass.. she started using it 7-8 months ago her hair was hella short it was up to her ears.. #1 Definetely cut wayyy back on the use of heat-styling tools!!

( I know so many of us depend on them 2create our "looks," but u don't alwys hafta use heat-tools! Try a difrnt look & SAVE ur hair by twisting it up in a cute messy bun or braid & let ur hair down when it's dry..I do this 4 work=)

#2- I went darker after YEARS of HiLite/Bleachng-NO more breakage+dark hair feels+appears healthier+shinier!

I knew a girl who was vegan (a raw foodist, actually. She would -literally- eat one bell pepper for lunch like you would normally eat an apple) in high school & she had the worst hair I've ever seen.
