Hey! I finally found "Seperation of Church and State" in the Constitution. Artical 124 reads as follows:
"The church in the U.S.S.R. is separated from the state, and the school from the church"
So far that's the only "Constitution" I have found that says "Seperation of Church and State"

A population that knows no moral authority above their government will hold that government above reproach. This is the same outcome as govt controlled religion, where I think we agree it becomes a corrupted tool of the state.
Thus it is healthy for people to have an *independent* loyalty to God first (however they view him), and country second. The first puts a check on the second.
