@zanuxiite choose a short section, play it with both hands, as SLOWLY as possible. use a metronome. when no mistakes, increase the speed a TINY bit. repeat until you reach tempo. your brain will build new neurons.

this is the easy version, the real versions uses your right hand for the chords and ur left hand for the bass.

@Be11ie2 you're welcome, however, no tutorial is too slow. try to focus on the fingers, not the keys under them. you can touch your nose w/o looking, if i touch mine. same principle.

Omg, thank you for taking the time to make this video. I have not touched a piano in my life, nor will I ever take lessons. lol but this song, this song made me want to try the piano out, and now I am getting interested into playing it. This is a good tutorial bc you go through the whole song but it is difficult to now what notes you are hitting so I am constantly having to play it back.. it would be helpful to say the notes as you play them

your having to play it back takes much less effort than my having to say the notes while playing. I started lessons on reading music. take advantage of that too?

It is hard to see what notes you are playing, your fingers are in the way. It has nothing to do with learning to read music. If everyone wanted to learn from sheet music, your piano tutorials would be a complete waste time.

If it is too much effort to clarify which notes you are playing that's fine, I will learn from all the other piano teachers on you tube who don't think its too challenging to put notes up.

If you cant take a friendly suggestion I suggest you stop making videos.

I can barely reach 10 notes. That's probably below average for a classical pianist. Rachmaninoff can easily reach 13. I surmise 8 is ideal for most.
