I've heard a lotta bitching and "QQ" about the release date. Look back at the predictions in oh around august. "OMG ITS GONNA COME OUT NEXT MONTH!" or "No matter what next summer no way theres not." Listen to what he said. "We're revamping the old world for 80-85 and the old world." thats not the exact quote but anyway, there pretty much remaking the whole game. I think it will come out around Christmas, maybe even 2011. WotLK's first release date was around end august and look where it ended up

@AddJake You are NOT leveling in the barrens or any place after lvl 80 that was in old azeroth (vanilla wow) there are special areas from warcraft such as Mount Hyjal or the city of Vashj'ir.

i completely agree with tom, i think that the world being changed is great, going back to those old zones and remembering things. right now we just dont do that, i mean how many 80's running around darkshire or thousand needles. i dont agree with people who say wow is dead and blizz killed it. they improved on it alot and this "phasing thing" and the cataclysm give it a very alive feeling :)

Just realize tho, the same epic feeling we got at 60 we will NOT feel at 85. The difficulty of the game is forever changed to "Easy-Mode" (Don't take me so literal) Same with the amount of gear and such.

Not saying I won't enjoy the new world, I think it would be nice to see the old world again, I'm just not getting my hopes up because I know it won't be the same as it used to be or better for that matter.

I am so glad that they are finally going to remove mana from hunters, to use mana you have to have spirit to regenerate it and the hunters main stats are agility and stamina. Intelligence is good. A hunter needs to be smart and it increased mana, but spirit replenished it and that means you had to have alot of spirit which as a waste on hunters
