too bad the AI in gmod got kicked in the head with the last big update... they dont do shit if your any further than say, 30ft?

i miss hunkering down in a bunker and guarding an entrance from hordes of combine!

after the update i could still be killed by a strider from across the map in flat grass so 0_o

but can you say the same about a combine elite? they dont respond until i enter an extremely small killbox (about 20ft) and even then if i spawn another one 5 feet behind the first it will just stand there while his buddy shoots...

besides, striders need to be manually enabled using bullshit addons...

in other words, and i think i speak for many here... i MISS THE OLD GMOD 10!!!

fancy lighting and new menus are not worth sacrificing key gameplay crappy thrusters and spazzy sliders...

either way, anything not in the spawn menu was left almost unchanged... all im saying is NPC wars are almost out of the question for anything more than lining them up and watching them mow eachother down

you should be able to make machinima with them... just expect to have to hold their hand through the entire process...

I haven't had that problem, and the new update may have fixed that.......their killbox appears to be much larger to me...
