We use the phrase "I can tell" even today. So that's a thought.
We know by a sure word of prophecy that Sunday Laws will be enforced by a Union of Church and State. And all the world will wonder(follow) after it. The means by which the Beast will use to keep tabs on who is not following its way will be known. First we KNOW that Union of Church and State will come up out of the abyss. Then the finer details will unfold as it matures. I cant answer how they will know, but when the time comes, it'll be known. God is going to pour out his spirit on his people.

Friend, the sabbath rest was a sign of the rest Jesus gives us. He said come to me and I will give you rest. Not a day. When you believe, the sabbath rest is fulfilled in you so long as you believe. If you wish to keep the sabbath, no one is to judge you as the scriptures clearly say in Romans 14. But you are also not to judge others who do not, because they dont have to observe the day. The same laws is part of the new covenant. Christ confirmed it with His blood. Shadows are mentioned in Col 2:16 and the Sabbath in that verse is referring to the Sabbaths that was part of the ceremonials Lev 23. The Sabbath in the ten commandments are not the same as the ceremonial sabbaths.

When you look to be justified by the law you FALL AWAY from grace. Law and grace are to different coins.

Keeping the Sabbath is not a moral code. It is a sign. A SHADOW. CHRIST has come and is the fullfillment of the shadow. The sign points to Him. He gives us spiritual rest.
Law is law. Grace is under no law. New covenant. New law. That law is to love. This isn't hard to understand, just hard to accept. Trust me. I used to be a Sabbath keeper. The Lord shew me this by His grace.
No working to get to heaven.

The same laws is part of the new covenant. Christ confirmed it with His blood. Shadows are mentioned in Col 2:16 and the Sabbath in that verse is referring to the Sabbaths that was part of the ceremonials Lev 23. The Sabbath in the ten commandments are not the same as the ceremonial sabbaths.

Love is the FULLFILLMENT of the Law. Love is not fullfilling the law. They are very different.

You're right. The new law is love. Love for God, and love for our neighbors. The Ten Commandments (ALL OF THEM) is a direct summary of this.
The first four being in reference to our God and last six to our neighbors.

When we are made a new creation in Christ, he pulls us out of the law and puts us under grace. How can anyone who has died to the law, be bound anymore therein?
Thats like saying a woman is still bound to the law after her husband has died or as long as time remains.

They also claim they are the church that dates all the way back to the apostles, but are you going to believe they are just cause they said so?
Likewise, just because they claim to have changed worship, doesn't mean they did.
The Sabbath was a day given to the old creation, and to the old covenant. We are a new creation, and placed inside a new covenant.
Its not the Old covenant, with its old laws.

The 4th commandment Sabbath is clearly a DAY of rest.
Jesus/Love for Jesus does NOT = the Sabbath day.
Shouldn't we have irrefutable evidence that the Sabbath was transferred or done away with before disregarding it? Since God Himself wrote ALL Ten Commandments with His own finger?
And yes, I do agree that the most important of all these things is love. I would just like everyone to keep the Sabbath because it's such a huge blessing!

Do the History and see that it was to happen in America in 1888 by Blair. It will come to pass this time. Things are set in place. My Brother,two whole statements are gone.The So called Sunday thing has been going on since the early church. Pre-dating the Roman Church which was established by Constantine.And if a Prophecy must come true this time. Well when did it fail At its original inception.Scripture tells us to note a prophet and if one word fails,stone him.Becareful who you follow.

Oh yes I am very careful. Well I don't think you believe in the Spirit of Prophecy in accordance to Ellen G White but I will say the statement anyway. In AD66 the Romans were going to take over Jerusalem, they withdrew for NO reason at all. But they left their Flag (abomination of Desolation). Now when Jesus said when you see the Abomination of desolation spoken by Daniel, Run to the Hills. ALL the Christians left and non were killed with Jerusalem. When Rome came back in AD70

The same way the Sunday Law didn't happen in 1888 for NO reason at all is the same way the Rome didn't destroy Jerusalem in AD66, but left their mark, which was the Flag (Abomination of Desolation)
RCC says their mark of their authority is changing the Sabbath to sunday ADMITTED!!. 1888 they left their Sunday Law mark (Abomination of Desolation). Now when the sunday Law comes again, THAT IS IT!!!! No chance to move out into the country, which I pray that God reveals a way.

My friend like Ellen White says. It is up to you to say I am called from God. You have to make the decision. The only thing I know from Ellen G White is that she leads people to God while false Prophets lead AWAY from Christ.
The reason Christ says watch out for false prophets, is because there is going to be a REAL ONE. satan is sending these false prophets to condition the mindset of people to say that anyone saying their a prophet, is a false prophet. Believe her or not. Up To You

it's important to recognize the holiness of the 7th day, yet this doesn't mean that christian church services should be held on 7th day. i am struck by the fact that no bible verse shows christian church services on 7th day, even though christians often evangelized on 7th day. i recognize the holiness of the 7th day by reflecting on the fact that christ attended the synagogues on 7th day, during his life before his death. the 7th day is holy to god, yet church services are a different matter.

Ok I see your point but why did Jesus go to the synagogue on the Sabbath? why would you not want to have church service on the day which God blessed and Sanctified? I fail to understand why attending church on Sabbath is such a problem. We know that the only part to play on Christ death was communion and Baptism but why have we left out Sabbath?

i believe that the book of revelation was about things happening near the time the book was written. i believe that the whore of babylon was the pagan roman empire. i believe that the beast with the number 666 was a roman emperor who ruled back then. in matthew 24, christ mentions the temple in jerusalem being desecrated, and i believe that he was talking about the temple that existed at the time he made the statement, not talking about a temple that will be built in our future.

The Bible says that Christ has good people who aren't in the true church right now. But they will come out of the false churches. People are coming out as I speak and some are rejecting and staying. The Holy Spirit is in control of this operation. Devastating to say that people who still reject the Law of God, are lost. It's also not about worshipping on sunday but it's about sunday being replaceed by Sabbath.

Ok from what the Bible says the Sabbath is Satuday so the answer is yes. But I say this to everyone else. Search the scriptures because I don't want anyone to do anything according to what I have said but because they have looked for themselves and the truth and have understood. So don't take my word for it or anyones word for it but take the Bibles word for it and I promise you will be satisfied.

god himself said he wud get rid of the sabbath...in hosea 2v11, and establish a new sabbath. the new sabbath started when christ rose on the 3rd day which was a sunday...

Sabbaths with new moons and festival days that is emblematic of the distinctively Mosaic order as Paul refers to it in Colossians 2:16. He is not saying that believers in Christ may now disregard the Fourth Commandment, but that they are not bound to the distinctively Jewish (old covenant) observances associated with that Command under Moses.
