people dont understand that the producers cant make the show have an episode completely be 1 person explain a bunch of things. thats not what the show is!!! 5 seasons have been nothing but qquestions how can they got from that to all answers. its not easy i am sure if they want to keep the feel of lost. plus they answered alot of questions. 1:who is mib 2:who is jacob 3:what is the smoke monster 4:who built the froken donkey wheel 5:what is the lslands purpose what more do you want

Across the Sea was such a disappointment. There was so much potential. This is the ONLY episode of Lost I have been let down by. I am a huge fan and expected something of substance to actually come through when it came to "answering" the island, the candidates, the light, the smoke monster, the wheel (hello!). I have an unnerving feeling Lost will end with Jack's eye opening up on the beach, panning out to see the pilot episode replaying all over again, doomed to repeat forever. No final answer!

This ep asked more questions than answered. I don't see how they could possibly wrap up in two episodes. Three is the minimum that I can see, without making everyone just go 'WHAT?' Maybe the next two will be double length.

Not only was this the worst episode of the series, but this untangled episode was the worse as well! Hey, I love Lost, but If I were to start watching the show from this season and not the first season, I never would of watched it. I think the writers are exhausted and cant possibly find away to satisfy the palate thay created for us in the beginning. Love the show Forever.

i think that when the M.I.B went in the light The smoke monster was created from his hate, the rule that he cant kill his brother and want to go back home but smoky needed a body also so he killed M.I.B so that is how that knotty mommy hair and the M.I.B are Adam and Eve

also i believe Jacob is coming back to life in his boy form because the M.I.B kicked Jacob in to the fire killing Jacob so he broke the rules

Contrary to popular negative critiques, I genuinely enjoyed this episode. I'll devote an hour of my time any day to see Titus Welliver, Mark Pellegrino, and Allison Janney working together. I'll keep my Kraft cheese slices to myself on the "light", because I have faith that this will all be explained. The writers are too smart to allow the show to be explained by fairy tales.
