Im suprised nobody has said yet but Ive seen tv program on "the gulf stream" a while ago and it said the alaskan volcano is a major threat to the gulf streams contined flow.

Basically it said if the volcano was to erupt and melt the glacier then bil1ions of gallons of cold water would run its natural flow into the ocean and disrupt the flow of the warm and cold water mixes that happen within the flow.

In this vid and the glacier is melting on top of that uk air space is closed. Anyone see 2012?

The volcano is on top of a glacial field. The eruption and heat have subsequently caused the glacier to melt thus causing flash flooding. I hope that helps lol.
