  • @mistert2506 gaming = video card + CPU (processor) personal use= RAM + hard drive (performance and size)

  • @mistert2056 gaming= video card + CPU (processor) personal use = RAM + HDD (hard drive)

  • You make some really weird analogies between the components and organs. But good tutorial regardless.

  • can anyone tell me the best parts for a pc that will be used for gamming and personal use?

  • Thumb's up if you are watching this in 2011 :)

  • what websites would you recommend for reliable, quality parts with fair prices

  • @theusedish tigerdirect, zipzoomfly, newegg, frys if you have one near you

  • All these new parts.. do you have to het a new case? Or can you use something old, like a case for a Compaq presario ? :D It would have been awesome to have a "old" over powered gaming rig

  • @Zlee4567 as long as the case is compatible with the motherboard. most boards are "ATX" and the case should be ATX compliant.

  • @nukem384 Got it! Thanks :D

  • really good tut. Great job!

  • Srry my iPhone thinks "got" is get

  • Son of a bitch I get all of the pc done and i try installing windows 7 and it says error your pc doesn't support the nessacary hardware required!!! Fuck and it's new I just got it FUCK and I payed $2000 almost

  • hey bro....u didnt apply the thermal grease

  • me and my dad are going to build one...really?

  • How much do you think it would cost to build a good gaming pc from scratch?

  • @Imfingbob it really depends on how much you want to spend. anywhere from 1k and up

  • @Imfingbob You can build a nice amd gaming computer for like $700, with basic parts (1055T cpu) and 4gb of ram, a nice video card and a monitor. If you're from the US, look on newegg.com and you'll find some great deals on parts.

  • @Brezzo screw newegg. get it from tigerdirect. not only is tigerdirect cheaper, but tigerdirect only charge $10 for shipping your entire order. Tigerdirect also don't add tax while newegg charges tax for every items while charging several bucks for every item, which can add up really quick. Two best sites to get parts from = TigerDirect and Amazon

  • @Imfingbob I built a friend of mine a solid budget gaming rig for 370$. It can play Crises 2 on medium to high settings btw. Just to give you an idea of strengths. Assuming you have the mouse, keyboard, monitor, and the desired OS then it can be a good price. My friends build uses DDR3 RAM totaling 8GBs(sadly a stick was dead so only 4 until I buy him another), and an AM3 processor that had three cores. We unlocked a 4th easy. =] IT REALLY DOESN'T NEED TO BE EXPENSIVE!!!

  • hey bro... nice vid and analogy.... just wondering what motherboard your using?

  • nice vid, i am new to building pcs and im just about to start building my first rig but im not sure what power supply i need? what amount of watts will i need? does it matter? or does it depend on how many other things im running off my motherboard? my motherboard is:

    Gigabyte GA-880GM-UD2H

i will be using the HAF 912 plus case, 8GBs of ddr3, AMD phenom II X4 995 BE a 1GB graphics card etc pls help

  • @nigleywigley youd probably want to get at least 600w, id recommend more, like 800w

  • Thanks a lot man this really helped

  • your video was so magical and spiritual. :P

  • i have a budget of around 150 to 200 pounds. i want a gaming pc, would it be better to build one myself or to buy a second hand one off ebay??

if i was to build one myself i could buy all the parts from either china or ebay second hand. what do you think ?

  • @jaxx4nc if you want a gaming comp, youre going to have to dish out more than that. 200 pounds isnt enough to build a good gaming comp. id say try and get something off ebay, parts from china arent going to last very long.

  • i dont use a case :D

  • @BloodStone20 Not good lol.

  • @DemonAMVs Yeah i no man but trust me its a lot of fun when you don't have a case. i keep placing the Cd Drive any where i see fit i got this self where the speakers, Motherboard ram all that stuff in one place, Fans all even out...which makes no sense. see mad fun!

  • @BloodStone20 Yeah but your opening it up to dust and static which cause errors.

  • @BloodStone20 lol why in the world would you do that...just drop $40 for a case, stop being cheap ur motherboard's gonna crap out

  • 1:59 - Look in the middle, it looks like a doll or something? XD

  • Great video. This will help when I build mine on January. I got a question though, would I need to touch something metal every few minutes or is just once fine?

  • @megaomario as long as youre not moving around creating more static once is fine.

  • @nukem384 Ok, thanks.

  • @megaomario I suggest that you afford 1 wireless anti-static wristband as this give u more freedom when it comes to movements and also instead of touching something metal everytime and then.

  • @nukem384 tnx for that info! do u know where i can get the cheapest prices on pc parts? im trying to build a gaming pc

  • @rmfajardo i buy most parts online, newegg, zipzoomfly, tigerdirect are my favorites

  • which is better quad core or i7?

  • @rmfajardo i7 has way more power. its a level up from quad core

  • how much voltage do i need for 24led lights plus i want it active with sound

  • @MYDRAGGIN84 i would go a min. of 500w, probably more like 700w would be better.

  • Thanks Mate I knew what was involved but didn't know the place or method and this helped so im ordering parts now :)

  • holy shit!! this is best vid ever!! explained how to build a pc in 6 minutes dam thats great..im only 13 and u helped me meake one..thank you very much

  • It's really that simple?

  • Thanks man! :D

  • Wtf?

The harddrive is like our stomage bacause it holds all food?

More like the brain hold memoryes.

  • good video except u need to make it brighter and not fool around with the brightness it makes it kinda hard to see wat u are doin and maybe get a better camcorder for doin this kind of stuff

  • and the psu wires are like your veins they pump blood into all your organs

  • i don't wonna learn , how to eat :P...

  • This video felt more like an 'Introduction of PC parts' and where they go. I didn't really feel like I was learning how to build a computer.

  • @drmshake yeah if you know where things go you put the thing x into y, then repeat for all items a through z... and that's a computer

    lmfao

  • lol this video needs to elaborate more in details on the type of graphics card u can buy or what type of mother board u need to get .LOL but its agood video none the less.

  • thank you duh!!

  • what u mean ' bottle neck ' PLZZ HELP

  • your Q is too broad, plus it doesnt really make sense. and bottle necking means that one part in your system is too slow and holds up everything else.

  • and the PSU wires are like your veins the pump blood into all your organs(components)

  • @nukem384 Hello I have a source Cooler Master 500W series extreme can put this plate with some cooler?

  • sorry dude but iw got a question on games my ping in high and on my laptop its low and same internet how come ( my desktop computer has got less ram)

  • there are probably multiple reasons, not really sure though. my guess is there's probably some bottle neck in your system.

  • nice man... u did it in good order too... no mix of wires or anything.. ive other idiots do it and they struggle to get around the wires and be touching up new shit... pretty kool

  • thanks dude!

  • i think E8400 w win 7 starter also can

with 4GB for fast gaming factor

  • I learned nothing.

    you suck :)

    jk maybe... HAAHAAHAHA

  • hi...can u show us how to build your own NETTOP?????????tyyyyyyyyyy

  • intel heatsinks come with thermal paste already on them. but good point for anyone else who buys aftermarket heat sinks

  • yeah i know that but e8400 kicks the q8200s ass in every way, specially in games.if u want to game and want a quad core only the q9300,q9400,q9450 etc are good.Q8200 or Q8400 are good for normal tasks but bad for games, don't make the same mistake i did and i regret getting q8200 go for e8400!

  • bad processor for gaming,if u want to game go for the e8400

  • Duo core is out of date. Games now support quad core and duo core games will run fine on quad core. If you get an duo core now you are going to end up replacing it after a few months because you can't run new games with an duo core and run Vista or 7.

  • No you are wrong. Low end quadcores just run fine even on high end games (like GTA IV which is quad support) overclocking it using nice aftermarket cooler and good quality psu, will even surpass your E8400 performance. quadcore utilizes its 4cores just like multitasking, dual monitor setup, etc. it runs smoother and doesn't bottleneck your processor just like on dual core's. so for me getting a quad makes it a future proof

  • good job
