dentro de las personas de habla española, los colombianos sois, creo, visto desde España, de los mas parecidos a nosotros.. Como mucho en colombia, y creo que no en todas partes, se oye el seseo característico, pero eso lo tenemos nosotros por aquí también en ciertas zonas de la comunidad Andaluza. Es mas "gracioso" como tu dices oír hablar a un cubano por ejemplo, con ese característico cambio del sonido R por L (ordenadoL, mi amoL), o a un mejicano por la gran cantidad de regionalismos :)
