I always felt like this song perfectly reflected the Stephen King book 'Salem's Lot. To me, it feels like at points one side knows it's dealing with a haunting danger while another side relishes the promise of power/gifts from the same danger. Hard to really explain, but I love that song.

It's pretty good, but their best!?? I'd hate to place it over The chauffeur, Rio, New Religion..I could go on. Duran has made so many top songs it's almost sickening :)

I haven't followed their latest albums much. Pop Trash and some of the other newer albums sucked (sorry) but Astronaut was acceptable although too much like "normal" music. I like their older work best (up to and including Big Thing). Antarctica from Violence of summer is top notch also.

OMG, it was a few years ago but I can't even tell you how awesome it was. When they went on their reunion tour, the 5 originals, I won a contest. It was the best thing that ever happened to me. I hear Simon and Andy perform this song live and very intimately. Then it was backstage for a q and a with the other 3 guys. I spoke to them ... an experience I can't put to words. I have lived a full life but at every milestone they are there...I love you guys more than you can imagine. Thank you.
