and when they cut every 1,s benefits,a majority will commit crime,when u got nothing u got nothing to lose.who will be the losers then big buisness and the rich,then what happens the tories get voted out,because of there failure to deal whith rising unemployment and crime,quite funny really that in punishing the poor they actually end up punishing there own voters.

after a 9 month battle with the DWP and ATOS, you now can ask them to record your medical for you. it's free and you get a copy of the tape as you leave. keep it safe as what the doctor says on it might not be on the report he does.

hi all

as some of you might know, i had my ATOS medical last month and the DWP recorded it for me for free. i have my copy of the tape.

the recording has the doctor discussing all my medical conditions. in his report, he ether played them down or refused to say anything about them.

i was given zero points. i need to check a few things out then i will post the recording on here.

also, everyone can have there medical recorded for free by the DWP. just add it to the medical form they send

i should be in the work related group right? i will be returning to work,but for now i cant...thats what the work related group is for to my understanding...instead i got zero points...they assesed me when the cuts on my hand had healed,which they had to before they carried on with the second surgery,i had to stretch the scarred tissue on my hand to get my joints working so that when they worked on it again,it didnt seize up due to scarring....i am appealing of course..im owed £700 so far..

@shaolinfingajab hi m8 can u tell me the result of your appeal and also what the rate is when appealing,got the same prob,i can fuk it all and make more doe in a week than i get off the system in a year,but im genuinely trying to stay away from past aquantices etc and sort my life out,they cut my money when im in the middle of counselling which was ending by june anyway,surely i should of been put in the work support group,its about saving money not helping any 1.

can someone tell me,if i can effectively have the use of my prodominant right hand,have to do hand therapy exercises every hour for 20 minutes at a time,have been advised by my surgeon and doctor not to lift heavy objects,can bearly hold a pen and it hurts my wrist and joints to write for more than a few seconds,then shouldnt i be entitled to ESA? or should i sign on Jobseekers allowance,declaring everytime i sign that i am capable to do ANY job without exception,or risk losing my benefits?

Atossers! i have to have reconstructive surgery on my hand after an accident involving 3 of my flexor tendons being cut thru..i have had 3 surgeries so far to repair the damage,2 of which have failed,my index finger of my right hand is paralysed,as is my little finger of my right hand,which is important for grip.i also suffer from depression since the incident and find it hard to sleep or concentrate.

i went to an atos medical in may,they said i could work..even tho my surgeon n doc says i cant.

true- atos lie in their medical reports. They are causing personal injury as a result.
