Once again we are challenged. Reality, no one becomes a soldier by themselves! Reality, modern warfare, like modern life, has unpredicted problems! Reality, since the middle of the 19th Century, western militaries are a branch of labor... industrial progress is reducing a man to what he does, not what he is! Reality, the military mission of the modern age is surviving after completing all combat tasks. How do you keep 'suicide' out of the life cycle of soldiers? Reality has now become uncertain?
I need help, i was in iraq and i feel like shit every day, im not suicidal because i dont want to die but im so depressed, and all i think about every day is iraq! I cant escape this pain. I have grey hair and im 23, i need help

You guys are sick. A death is a death and wether is a combat casualty or a suicide because of the psychological effect of combat, they are both casualties of war and should be respected. Every soldier is fighting for our freedom and who's to say what they did isn't worthy of respect when they find themselves faced with PTSD or depression. Their isn't a single soldier in the entire United States armed forces that doesn't deserve 100% respect and support regardless of their death.
