I had a 1986 ford f 150 fuel injected. yours should be fuel injected. that is the first year they did that in ford trucks. I miss my truck

I had a 1986 ford f-150 it was a 302 fuel injected engine it even said on the tail gate (fuel injection started in late 1985 with the 302's) but no big deal gotta love fords no matter what they have injected or carbed.

If that ford is carbourated then shouldn't it be from 1985 unless its a 351

@whiteflame153 don't think so, i thought that was 87 or 88... but this truck is also equipped with an option heavy duty emisson control, which mean no emission controls at all, that may also be why its is carbed and not injected.
