  • Still amazing and beyond catchy.

  • I used to LOVE Deuce, even though I couldnt name one of them! I think I've still got a TOTP Magazine with them in it somewhere! 'Call it love' was a masterpiece...this one came second. Best Eurovision pre-selection track of that year by far.

  • I need a love it button! :D :D :D :D

  • Brilliant song! I love it! A classic 90's pop song. It's just such a shame you don't get music like this anymore, it's much better than the music of today imo. Man I miss the 90's. The only thing that wasn't better back then was technology. :D

  • im sure if this qualified for Eurovision this could have done very well

  • @mears89 It did.. they just didn't make it..

  • @mears89

better than love city groove, but i liked dear jon that year the best

  • Loved this single, was the best release deuce ever did, shame they didnt continue! I know paul went on to release some solo stuff but would have liked kelly and lisa.. and possibly craig to have done to just to see what the result would have been...

  • @zaran10

Paul holmes is my nephew haha. I enjoyed this band so much but its kinda of embarassing because of what has changed :P. Im going on holiday to kavos in summer and hes there for 6 months going round to different clubs singing. He was also in Blackpool the other week doin a concert ahah.

  • they came out 3 years too early............. otherwise they could have had big success like steps, s club, b*witched etc.....

  • Nice tune, but one of the best pop songs ever - definately not! That would be a blatant offence to a lot of great writers, performers and performances over the years. No one mentioned, no one forgotten. Don`t read me wrong - I like it. (Why else would I be here?) But I think the sound of it was too hard and monotonic too really have a chance at Eurovision that year. They should have looked to The Pet Shop Boys - hard and soft hand in hand. Eight Wonder: "I`m not scared," forinstance?

  • @Tvjunkieful12 Totally agree. This was surely a prototype for Steps as well.

  • @stuartshame I cant know definately - cause I don`t have access to Pete Waterman`s head. But I think maybe ABBA was the inspiration behind STEPS. Waterman off course being a huge ABBA fan. And some of the STEPS songs, as well - One for sorrow, forinstance - had much of the ABBA sound to them. But knowing that Deuce was Tom Watkins project (PSB, Bros, East 17), perhaps we shouldn`t exclude the possibility Waterman enjoyed the challenge of beating Watkins at his own game, so to speak?

  • This was one of the best pop record ever! Thanks for the upload!
