Robin Nolan was borm in Hong Kong. I lived in the same building as him when we were kids in Kowloon. Excellent musicianship.

Back in 2000, I was wandering the streets of Amsterdam and came across the Robin Nolan Trio playing in the street at Leidseplein - absolutely incredible! I watched them for hours, bought a bunch of CD's and a guitar tab book. You gotta love that Gypsy Jazz and the way Robin plays it!
