  • I really wish you could put more vedios up about this cause im in chicago and i dont know how to make the quinoa taste good but i know how to cook it please help

  • @hardcoresweetness25 I found that I wasn't cooking it all the way and I use a lot of spices! Another thing is that some people soak/rinse theirs first. The darker quinoa also taste better imho

  • Correct about the olive oil. I poor just a little over my alvacodos from time to time. Use 100 pure pink salt from the Hymalayans. Not the fake sea salt we buy in the commercial stores. It takes a long time to master how much your body can have of this element. The pink salt has 84 elements the body can use. But just a very little here and there. Thank you for the post my Brother and Sister.

  • HOTEP.......please , what was it called, det powder he got in this bugget?

  • The woman is so annoying. She seems so arrogant and cocky. What's the purpose in talking about cultivated rice without explaining why it's worse than non-cultivated rice? Dr. Sebi doesn't have any books. How are we supposed to find out about his research? This is crap. I want to read it for myself instead of taking their word for it. By the way, how do you make pizza without cheese? Sounds like one nasty pizza.

  • wish u had taken closer vidio of allthe grains u talking about so we can see waht it looks like ,

  • i just found out about amaranth a few months back, and have not been able to find it. im in phx,az. . i finally ordered seeds from seedsofchange. i want to make tortilla chips. can you make tortillas out of amaranth seeds. i saw a purple corn on there thats supose to be an old strain? hopi blue, and hopi purple?.. what did corn originate from? i like corn, but not sure which one to get. i heard monsanto owns all the corn in america. not sure if they got to the hopi corn aswell??

  • I could of swore he just said not to cook the olive oil becuase then it turns into acid but now he is going to bake with it. Did he just make a mistake or does or what is it really?

  • cooking with olive oil alters its chemical structure -- it actually changes into a trans fat the best oil for cooking is coconut oil (extra virgin preferably)

  • @okorolina I read that cooking with coconut oil also alters it's state. Is that not true?

  • @josbo51715 - hi there coconut oil and grapeseed oil have high smoking points - these are the best to use for cooking at high temps. olive oil is ok for sautee-ing or maybe a short stirfry but it is not a stable oil, which is why it tends to be stored in dark glass -- it can oxidize very quickly. Flax, hemp, and olive are very delicate oils that should not really be heated at all... coconut oil is not altered when heated, other than physically melting. it is normally solid at room temp.

  • @okorolina

No I believe that is incorrect. Coconut oil retains its properties better than other oils when heated yes, but Extra Virgin Olive Oil does not and is least stable. If you do want to heat Olive oil then regular Olive Oil is best not Extra Virgin.

  • @Dre36 Hi Dre - perhaps you misread my post -- i was talking about extra virgin coconut oil in my first comment about cooking although refined coconut oil is commonly available as well.. I did not mention extra virgin olive oil in either of my comments. But thank you for making that distinction for the viewers.

  • @okorolina

Right, Got ya! My apologies. Thanks. Im going to make myself a pizza tonight also. Hey, have you heard about what the EU intends to do with some herbs this year?
