mine doesnt work either but I read that the pc might be "snowed under" (i dunno if that the right word :/).. well but I dunno if thats right. did you solve the problem?
@BebieKueken Yeah! I removed the driver that was delivered with the webcam, and let Windows search for the best fitting driver it has. And that did it. :)
@Black123Beard okay, nice. I downloaded one too, but it is not really better.. to get these stripes away I have to use muuuuch light, haha :D but it works. Thanks for your answer :)
@monkeymangonewild turns out it doesn't come with a mic. i returned it and got a microsoft one and its alot better quality, and has a mic, along with its own editing software type thing. its 10 dollars more but its worth it

@Amburger285 I recommend the Blue Yeti mic it's a USB microphone with high quality and not it's too expensive.

mine doesnt do this i got got myself one... I havent seen this before, you may want to try trading it for a new one, that one may be defective.
