Fingerpring and hand writing evidence. Again, not Allens. And the only witness saying it was Allen who shot him is Mageu - And that came three years after he was shot. Any legal defender who had just passed the bar could get Allen off - had they tried him. After his death they exonerate him by their own evidence.

1) It's a sentence fragment, the use of both "thy" and "the" in this sentence doesn't make sense. I don't believe someone would put so much effort in to a code only to leave a simple grammatical mistake, the killer after all was highly intelligent.

It a good try but, two things don't add up with the idea of the words "before I meet thy the pity"
1) It's a sentence fragment, the use of both "thy" and "the" in this sentence doesn't make sense. I don't believe someone would put so much effort in to a code only to leave a simple grammatical mistake, the killer after all was highly intelligent.
2) The sentence "before I meet thy the pity." also fragments from the end of the original text which reads "... because man is the most..."
