@kevslf1 I found fix, if your getting something which says 'Please close (whatever your browser is) to continue, keep the pop up on your page, then close the browser and click 'retry' then you should be good to go

Those who don't have the Download Gameface option when on Xbox and over Virtual Pro

You need to create the a normal Virtual Pro just press start then go back to the menu. You'll then be able to download your Gameface
