@10Faenorr The Medical Doctors on the HSCA panel thought the discrepancies between the wound locations as shown in the purported autopsy photos and as described in the autopsy report were so severe they seriously considered seeking legal permission to exhume JFK body in 1978. OJ's then future murder defense doc - Dr, Michael Baden talked them out of it. The wounds in the autopsy report don't lead back to the so called sniper's lair. That's the problem to deal with.

Once you have a court order to do the exhumation, the family can do nothing at all. I doubt very much the Kennedy family would oppose a court order, if it was given. Connally family refused the FBI permission to perform a limited autopsy to remove the remaining fragments from his wrist, but no court order sought. Anyway the discrepancy in the wound location remains.

I went back and watched the "recreation." The bullet was much more deformed, "they" said it hit a second rib. IT did NOT penetrate the leg simulation, they said MORE energy lost hitting second rib. It did NOT "perfectly" recreate the scenario, and there was NO bullet fragment in his left thigh.

Something only becomes a fact after it goes through the adversarial system in a courtroom and then is decided by jurists . What you have is faulty reasoning built upon a mountain of unfounded speculation at best . Get it ?

It takes a courtroom and jurist to make something factual? How silly. It's well known the Warren Commission made many mistakes. Unfortunately for your argument it's also known by any reasonable person that evidence such as the autopsy photos were altered. Who had the Power to order it done? Only the guy who benefited the most, LBJ assisted by Hoover. It's obvious a bullet was planted at Parkland so something special was done. Can't have too many bullets, can we?

Mistakes, innuendo, contradictions in evidence testimony (Even witnesses who contradicted themselves) and hearsay WAS INTENTIONALLY LEFT IN THE WC REPORT BECAUSE IT'S A USG REPORT SILLY ! It was not persons made of crap who proposed how the bullet came to be not in the back. The U.S. Government's own autopsists, led by Dr. Humes, who in finding the dead-end bullet track with no bullet, proposed that when heart palpitations had been performed on JFK by the Parkland doctors, THAT repeated force to the chest caused the bullet in the back to become progressively worked back out. This is recorded in their (the government's) official autopsy report.

No , I'll clarify ! You don't know what you talking about . The FBI doesn't write or conduct autopsys . They submit a FBI report . This is done by a lay person who reports his impressions . He is not a Forensic Pathologist , so your entire statement is worthless in the extreme .

Proceeding here that your intent is to discuss and persude as to facts, the sole factual point I am making is that the official FBI report to the FBI about the autopsy records the autopists as being the FIRST to propose, during the autopsy, how heart palpitations at Parkland may have moved the bullet out of the back. Not "full of crap" persons, but the autopsists.

But it wasn't his last thought on it was it ? JFK also had a fracture of the tip of the transverse process of one of his vertebrse . He also had a bruised lung . Of course the FBI lay person when hearing this didn't have clue as to what they were talking about , BEING A LAY PERSON !.
