You could have done a lot better. Made the voice a few decibels higher, more demonic morphing of the face (the face when in your demon version is too humanistic), and if possible find a way to render the graphics better.
the audio effect should be a littl ebit earlier and louder. And maybe you could build up the tension with better music and more speed, cause it takes too long for yor face to be demonic. Good effect!
