Could you do another video with it's stability? Also how's the durability of the hull? Is It too flimsy? Thanks I'm looking to buy one for fishing but might go to a kayak instead. Thanks
@goezonthegoose It's not massively stable, I haven't tried standing in it yet. Also the hull doesn't feel as strong as some of the boats I've been in, but it's not too bad (a tonne better than an inflatable one, for certain). I've never tried fishing before but from what I've seen it involves a lot of staying quite still for a long time, if this is the case it may be difficult as it moves very easily (in the wind and such) due to its weight.
I was about to say, "Good paddling skills", but someone beat me to it. They are good though, useful for an open canoe beginner like me to watch. Cheers.
@salamouis it also keeps your paddle in the water instead of in the air. For some reason a paddle just doesn't work too well in the air. lol
Anyway, have you tried any white water canoeing? It really is a blast, especially in a solo canoe. The Pack isn't the best canoe for white water, but it will work for class 1-2 stuff. We have paddled the Lehigh River and the Youghiogheny out here in PA. The Lehigh is fun, but the Yough kicked my ass.

I hope this helps.

Nice paddling skills. It is not too often that you see someone that actually knows the proper way to paddle solo.

@AceLockCo Thanks. It certainly keeps the inside of the boat dryer than constantly switching sides :P

@AceLockCo No I haven't. I've always been a bit too much of a wuss to be honest.
Looks like pretty good fun though, from what I've seen.

Why? So I can say "Ge'off Geoff!" to people who touch it?

What did you name it?
If you haven't named it yet, call it Geoff.
