i didnt use plyers to pull the cap off i just used my hands to pull it off

Why would you want to do this? I don't think sharpening a pencil is such big deal..... good technique though

i did it with a barry m kohl pencil , and it went hard , but the barry m's are much harder anyway !

well you can sharpen them but if you dont have a sharpener large enough, then you cant use it at all. i used this for a mary kate and ashley pencil that there are NO sharpeners big enough for, not even those huge little kid pencils

you can get them at walmart for like 20 cents i think or if you ask like make up counters for a sample of a cream or something you can use the cream then use that little jar they give you the cream in

pretty much just prime your eye, and i guess you can use them as just plain shadow too. :]
