Your videos are incredibly interesting to me as I've never even heard about velomobiles until I came across a video of yours. Your videos are really eye-opening due not only to the unique perspective of a velomobilist cycling legally on roadways, but also the dangerous and unruly behavior in motorists that you've captured. It's quite depressing to see people act that way, but it's great to see that it doesn't stop you from cycling.
Anyway I just wanted to say that I enjoy your videos.
@BillyPilgrim114, thanks for your positive comment. What many people do not realize is that these dangerous incidents are quite rare. There are plenty of similar incidents of dangerous cyclists, such as riding in the wrong direction or running stop signs and red lights. The "normal" stuff such as this video could be considered boring, so the normal stuff doesn't get posted.
@TheVexatiousLitigant , I probably won't quit riding until I'm physically incapable of doing so, but the videos are not going to be as prolific. I'm spending too much time removing profanity-laced messages and blocking users who appear to be incapable of consideration for other human beings.
@freddotu That is very sad, I get a lot of that myself, I usually just block the user and delete the comments, if it gets too bad I will just block all comments and keep posting the videos, I think it is important to show, and make, a public record of what it is like the cycle on the roads, be it good or bad
@TheVexatiousLitigant, as you probably know, there are so many hours and miles of enjoyable riding that gets recorded but not posted, because I think it could be considered boring. Only the "exceptional" sections, good or bad, make it to YouTube. If you've seen the lizard videos, you know that some of what I capture can be amusing too.
@freddotu I have not had the same level of cycling enjoyment since leaving the UK, my rides often feel more like a campaign than an enjoyable ride, but I can remember what it was like to ride for many miles with incident, black ice (very rare) was almost my only worry, they were great times!
I saw the lizard videos :-) great for showing people cyclists are humans too, and not as some view us, just out to make people angry.
