I think Hyoyeon and Sunny are the best mentors. All the girls are good but Hyoyeon and Sunny's bond with their boys seem deeper than the others.

Like Sunny seems to relate with Seunghwan (idk if that's his name) way of thinking and Hyoyeon seems to seriously care about Yonghyun improvement. Those two boys also have dreams for their future so right now I can see them making and sticking to their improvements.

Yonghyun just needs more SELF-MOTIVATION >.<

Honestly I don't know if it will work out, it takes a lot to change someone, especially when it comes to smoking and drinking and all that. I do think that it's good that these boys are experiencing some sort of discipline. The advice and memories that SNSD is and will give them is something they can reflect on even after the show is over. They're experiencing something new from their usual rebellious routine. Maybe they'll learn how to work hard and have fun at the same time like SNSD do.

When I first heard of this show, I didn't think it'll be interesting. But after having watched the first two episodes, our girls are doing an amazing job again. And what makes me happy is that I feel that for once, Hyo will be the star of this show.
