It's been a while since I dealt with this, so I don't remember all the details, but I opened up all the hoses on the pump, and there wasn't much junk in there. I replaced several parts that I had read online were likely causing the problem. I replaced the water inlet valve, the check valve (backflush valve), and the drain solenoid. Still didn't fix it. Rather than dump anymore money into an 11 year-old dishwasher, I bought a new Bosch. Sorry if that doesn't help those with similar problems.
Try checking the pump and filter to se if its not draining all the way and if soap is just sitting there.Tyr running a cycle without eny thing in the washer if thay dose not work then just drain it if you can
why don't you try to let the dishwasher run for about 2 minutes so it can gain power

Maybe your pump is clogged. Big chunks of food or labels from new dishes could be the problem.
