This was a long fight, but not a particularly hard boss. Even if he didn't give me much trouble, having music like this definitely makes him a worthy opponent.

Not one of my absolutely favorite final boss songs, but it's still memorable. The boss itself was just weird... A big giant mash of the black chronicle or whatever, or the Historica thing inside it.

I wonder what Apocrypha even means... It sounds like a real word.

Apocrypha is originally a greek word which means 'those hidden away'. Fits the boss name very well.

@SchweppesLemon There's also the biblical Apocrypha, which is more likely to be the reference since it involves books. Basically, it's a sort of "unofficial" section that's seperate from the Old Testament and New Testament, or something like that. In other words, the final boss is the one responsible for a history that exists in a way, but is not part of the "True History" written in the White and Black Chronicles. Or something.

Longest fight ever. I spent all my Mana Bursts on the boss' first stage and I'm like "oh, shit". Suddenly Last Night spam that got through Aht's Polaris... etc, I really don't want to fight this guy ever again.

The music is fucking epic though.

LOL. He was too easy for me. I kept spamming a lot of magic and I used Stocke, Rayine, and Aht in their 60's. I felt a little overleveled honestly even though some bad guys in the game are really annoying... I only ran into problems when everyone was cursed and I couldn't use items anymore... and I almost ran out of magic. D: But that's about it.

A boss that took a long time and was a little hard but epic was Nyx from Persona 3. Too many stages. :(
