i have this guitar as my beginner's guitar and it does rock. it's probably the best starter guitar ever,100 times better than that crappy squier. this guitar can play any style. what sucks about it is it goes out of tune if you use the whammy bar and since i play metal,i can't use the whammy bar. since i'm a lot better now i'm actually selling it and buy a higher end ibanez. if you're a beginner looking for a starter guitar,buy this,not that crappy squier. it's definitely worth it.

@NarutoForeverSk My very first guitar was a ESP Xplorer. Almost 1k. My second guitar was a Dean VX and to be honest the dean is so much better than the xplorer. The dean was only 169!! I reccommend it to anybody... Comes with great pick ups
