3. the exercises that u show for the external rotators with the resistance band doesn't "hit" the target muscles (the external rotators of the humerus at the glenohumeral joint), and work on very small range of motion. there are alot of better exercises at different angles for the external rotators with or without resistance band.
1. its agreat specific training tool.
2. poor technique of the push ups...
