I'd say ONE of the most melodic out there. There's a crapload of wonderful guitarrists in this world man. Indeed, Ulli's one of the best, but at this level of guitar, there is no better or worse anymore... it's all about different styles.

Hmmm, Peo Kindgren's pretty melodic as well (AndanteLargo), just a recommendation =) As good as Ulli, but he prefers nylon instead of steel strings and his style is closer to classical. Ulli's more of a modern fingerstyle guy. Both are awesome in my humble opinion.
