Want the truth? Don't blame the banks on this one. You can blame your wonderful government who are imposing so many restrictions on american businesses (banks especially) that the banks have no other choice but to pass fees to the consumer. But it's not just banks the government is fucking over. America is so business hostile now it is little wonder everyone is starting to outsource to India or China.

@banshee8989 Americans love convenience which is why "Move Your Money" didn't get as much traction as it should. Its just too much bother to move all your accounts to another bank, that's why many don't do it. They have not only have to change accounts on Pay Pal, ATM PIN, etc, etc. Call it laziness if you want, I sure would. I currently don't use any "standard" banking and quite happy about it. I would use a credit union, I just don't need too right now.
