if thats jules on drums, i went to school with him on long island ny. i just heard he was in boc a couple months ago. he kicked ass back in high school. rock on dude!!
I remember when I baught my first boc album . I had heard the song DONT FEAR THE REAPER on the film halloween , it was playing on the car radio when jamie lee curtis and that other women are driving . Its also played on the film THE STAND .
@Heeliumlaps What's up with all you tab freaks? Does everyone who posts a video on Youtube have to post guitar tabs? Are you too fucking stupid to just use Google and search for your own damn tabs? What a bunch of morons.
It is BOC. Item 1) Shot with hand-held, non- professional cam corder. 2) BOC are no longer 20-ish. 3) guitar is signature to Buck, 4)Eric has trimmed his hair and beard 5) Buck usually gives that little hand arm gesture at the end; and who else can play like that? He is 61 after all..... And take the sound board of the auditorium into consideration, hmmm. Better yet, email Eric at his live journal and ASK!
Quite welcome. They tour like mad, but most venues are no longer huge stadiums. Thankfully (for me)! This afforded an opportunity to meet and speak. Wouldn't have happened in the 70's. BTW: there is a petition to induct them into the R&R H/F. They deserve it as they have achieved their rep through talent, touring and time. They haven't whored their way in or fornicated globally. (Like some recent inductees) Which now rather clouds anyone else's nomination from now on.
I just saw them in Milwaukee on 5-16. Buck and Eric are still with them. Allen has retired. There has been a rotatin bass player thing going on between Danny Miranda, Rudy Sarso and Jon Rogers. The guy playing bass in this video is one Richie Castillano, He has since took over keyboard and Allens Guitar parts, ect. Jules Rondino is on the drums...this "kid" is the best drummer they have had since Albert Bouchard...imo
Do you have the whole show recorded? What was the date, venue? 'Cap
No its them. I saw them at Slims in San Fran last year. They have started going to smaller venues, and half of them are gone, but they still kick ass.
No, seriously it is not BOC in this movie. Buck Dharma is not that guy. I have seen them in smaller venues too. The execution character of the song is way off, even if they were drunk or on drugs it wouldn't sound like this. We need to hear from the person who shot the video.
No not legit, it's totally someone else. The execution is someone else. I've seen BOC many times, venues from 500 to 20,000, and I still have Buck's pick he gave me from a first row catch. This video is definately not them. Character is waaaay off.
way too fast

Always great to hear Buck play, but that drummer sounds like he belongs in a crappy high school band. He wrecks the song all by himself.

Might not be BOC but it's definitely Buck. One of the only major rock guitarists using a Steinberger headless guitar.

This ain't BOC. Youtube has too many rip off videos.

it's legit. BOC at college of staten island, nov 18, 2006. these guys were at their peak 25-30 years ago, so they've aged.
