Modell is Clevelands #1 enemy for getting rid of such a good Browns team. yeah they finished 5-11 most likely because art said he would sell the team to baltimore after a few games. so now the team who was already starting with a not so good record had to worry about leaving clevveland while also trying to improve their record

Although I hate Art for moving us BUT, it was not all his fault. He gave millions of donations to help rebuild downtown. He helped get the location and funds for the rock and roll hall, and he also help get the area for the Jake and Gund renovated and built up too. All he wanted was 2 things, he wanted to RENOVATE the stadium he didn't even want a new one, and he needed parking. The city took a lot of his parking away. I am not defending him BUT much of the blame is on the city of Cleveland.
